Order Acknowledgement
An agreement is established from the moment an order confirmation is sent to the email address given by the customer. The customer and AeroSupCo agree that through the use of electronic communication forms a valid agreement comes into existence as soon as this order confirmation has been sent to the customer. The electronic files of AeroSupCo apply as far as the law allows herewith as a supposition of evidence.
Delivery
When receiving a direct or in advance payment ,the order will be shipped within 2 two days or depending of size and quantity with a max of 7 days. The shipping and delivery dates for you is based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail . Delivery times do not include weekends .
AOG Orders
If you have an AOG requirement please contact us and we will expedite your order. In some cases there may be an additional AOG handling fee. Please have aircraft model and serial number available.
Price and Shipping Costs
To determine international delivery rates, you must add the item to your cart and complete the delivery address fields. All prices are in € Euro. Prices mentioned on our site and web shop are ex-works. Meaning they are without VAT and without shipping unless specifically stated otherwise. Clients are welcome to utilize their own shipping channels. If preferred , AeroSupCo can handle shipping for orders as well. Costs are quoted per individual order. . Please specify your shipping preference in the appropriate section of your shopping cart when ordering and we will calculate your order total accordingly. AeroSupCo is not and can not be responsible for any extra costs (i.e. customs, state tax)
We verify the name and address on your order against the bank's records. We will not process the order unless all billing and shipping information can be verified and payment is received. AeroSupCo shall be entitled at any time to demand partial or full payment either in advance or at the time of order fulfilment.
We ask that all customers shipping to an address other than the billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate shipping address. (Doing this will speed up the order process) When our early fraud prevention department checks an order and the shipping address is not listed with your credit card provider, the order will be delayed. An e-mail will then be sent to notify you of the delay and request you register the alternate shipping address with your credit card company. Your order will then be placed on hold so you may register the alternate shipping address and notify us.
Warranty
The Goods and/or Services are sold AS-IS, without any undertaking or warranty of any kind of AeroSupCo. Goods are warranted only in accordance with the limited warranty of the Manufacturer of the goods supplied and/or repair station, as the case may be, if any. Buyer acknowledges that AeroSupCo is passing through to Buyer only the Manufacturer’s warranty for the Goods, if any, and that Buyer shall look solely to the Manufacturer of the Goods for all warranty claims, defects and the like. Buyer hereby waives, releases and renounces all other warranties, obligations and liabilities of AeroSupCo and acknowledges that AeroSupCo MAKES NO WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, in relation to the subjects of the agreement and specifically disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Reclamations
Reclamations with motivation and proof (pictures) to be sent to us within 2 working days after receipt of goods. new or used.
Payment
Orders placed at the web-shop can be paid in the following ways Payment in advance Will be done via bank transfer of clients choice.
